Job Summary

Elizabeth Maddeux is seeking a highly organized and commercially aware Executive Assistant to provide strategic, administrative, and operational support to the CEO of a leading construction, manufacturing, and industrial distribution group. The role involves managing executive priorities across engineering, project management, sales, and marketing functions.



Key Responsibilities


Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, site visits, and meetings


Prepare executive briefs, agendas, reports, and meeting materials


Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for business development and industry events


Serve as primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders


Draft, review, and manage executive communications, reports, and presentations


Conduct research and provide analytical support on market opportunities, sales performance, and commercial initiatives


Plan and coordinate executive meetings, project reviews, and board-level engagements


Oversee the Executive Office operations, ensuring professionalism, efficiency, and confidentiality


Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, project documents, and strategic records




Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering Management, Marketing, or related discipline


4–8 years supporting senior executives, preferably in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial distribution


Experience in project-driven or engineering-oriented environments preferred


Exposure to commercial operations, sales coordination, or marketing support is an advantage


Technical Skills:


Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


Strong report writing, executive documentation, and presentation development


Familiarity with project management tools, CRM platforms, and scheduling systems


Soft Skills:


Exceptional written and verbal communication


Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities


High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


Ability to work independently under high-pressure environments
