Supervise, train, and manage staff across all departments (warehouse, sales, cashier, delivery)
Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and manage disciplinary matters
Support marketing team in achieving targets for direct, bulk, and walk-in customers
Develop and track weekly and monthly marketing and sales plans
Ensure accurate daily reconciliation of sales and payments
