Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production, develop schedules, and optimize workflows
Monitor output, maintain quality, safety, and compliance
Allocate labor, materials, and equipment effectively
Implement SOPs, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with HR, Maintenance, Quality Control, and Supply Chain teams
Track KPIs (OEE, downtime, yield, scrap rate) and prepare reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering; Master’s preferred
5–7 years production management experience
Leadership, strategic thinking, quality orientation, process improvement, problem-solving
