Key Responsibilities
Conduct learning needs assessments and develop L&D strategy aligned with business goals
Design and deliver training programs including technical, soft skills, leadership, and compliance training
Facilitate in-person and virtual sessions, coordinate external trainers, and provide coaching
Support career development initiatives, competency frameworks, and succession planning
Evaluate learning programs, analyze feedback, and implement improvements
Manage LMS, track training participation, and maintain knowledge resources
Prepare regular reports on learning outcomes, KPIs, and ROI
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years experience in Learning and Development, preferably in consulting or professional services
Master’s degree or professional L&D certification is a plus
