So Fresh is seeking an experienced Outlet Supervisor to manage the daily operations of its Agungi outlet in Lekki. The role involves supervising team members, ensuring efficient service delivery, maintaining operational standards, and supporting business growth while minimizing operational costs.
Supervise daily operations of the outlet to ensure efficient service delivery
Provide leadership and guidance to team members to maintain productivity and service quality
Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory management
Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and operational activities
Ensure compliance with company standards for food quality, hygiene, and customer service
Address customer inquiries and resolve service issues professionally
Support cost control measures while working to maximize outlet profitability
Coordinate staff schedules and oversee daily work activities
Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc qualification
3 to 5 years experience in the food or retail industry
At least 2 years experience in a supervisory role within the food or retail sector
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong supervisory, leadership, and record-keeping skills
