Daiik Engineering Limited is seeking a skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design, development, and testing of complex mechanical systems. The role involves overseeing engineering projects, conducting technical analysis, and ensuring compliance with quality standards while mentoring junior engineers.
Lead mechanical design projects including 3D modeling, simulations, and 2D technical documentation
Develop and improve mechanical systems using engineering design tools and methodologies
Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
Conduct engineering analysis such as FEA, CFD, and tolerance analysis to validate designs
Oversee prototype testing and performance evaluation of mechanical components
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project development and implementation
Identify and resolve design or production issues during project execution
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
5 to 10 years experience in mechanical design, manufacturing, or product development
Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or NX
Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and FEA tools
Experience with manufacturing processes including machining and molding
Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously
