Senior Social Media Executive

AgriCapital is seeking a Senior Social Media Executive to manage and grow the company’s digital presence, engage online communities, and maintain brand reputation across multiple social media platforms.

Manage and expand company social media platforms including Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok

Schedule posts, respond to comments and direct messages, and maintain active engagement

Create engaging content aligned with campaigns, trends, and brand strategy

Lead community engagement on platforms such as WhatsApp and Telegram

Monitor online conversations and manage brand sentiment

Track and analyze performance metrics such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and optimize strategies accordingly

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in social media management or community engagement

Excellent writing, content creation, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)

Strong understanding of platform-specific trends, algorithms, and audience engagement
