The Farm Venture Executive will manage commercial activities within the farm park, including sales of farm produce, inventory monitoring, record-keeping, and supporting efficient distribution to workers and students, ensuring revenue assurance and operational transparency.
Coordinate sales of farm produce, consumables, and related items
Support external sales and ensure accurate pricing, invoicing, and reporting
Monitor inventory inflow and outflow; maintain accurate stock records
Conduct routine stock checks and reconcile with physical inventory
Liaise with farm workers, supervisors, and students for timely distribution of resources
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial records
Prepare summaries and reports for management review
Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements
Promote professionalism, transparency, and integrity in all operations
Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Agriculture, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Previous experience in farm operations, inventory management, sales, or storekeeping is an advantage
Basic understanding of stock control, sales tracking, and record management
Ability to work within a farm settlement or park environment
Strong numerical, record-keeping, and computer skills (Excel or similar)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail, integrity, and accountability
