Attend weekly meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Assist the Executive Director with itinerary management and scheduling
Manage internal communications, reports, presentations, and office tasks
Liaise with external vendors for operational supplies and repairs
Oversee departmental rotas and ensure appropriate staffing per shift
Assist HR with recruitment, staff welfare, and compliance with policies
Maintain records for driver movements and staff supervision
Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and hotel service standards
Monitor departmental deliverables and operational activities
Required Qualifications
Degree in Social Management, Hospitality, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality sector
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
