Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage to and from rooms
Escort guests to their rooms and explain basic room features
Assist elderly or disabled guests when needed
Load and unload luggage from vehicles and store safely when required
Deliver luggage, parcels, or packages to guest rooms
Open doors and manage traffic at the hotel entrance
Arrange transport or call taxis for guests when requested
Provide basic information about hotel facilities and direct guests to meeting or event areas
Support reception during busy periods and ensure lobby and entrance areas are tidy
Deliver messages, mail, and room service items
Report maintenance or security issues to management
Required Qualifications
SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification
2–3 years of relevant work experience
