We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide executive-level support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient management of priorities.
Manage a complex, fast-changing diary; screen emails and handle correspondence with professionalism
Act as primary point of contact for the MD, filtering requests and prioritizing tasks
Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international travel, including visas, itineraries, and accommodations
Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings to take minutes, and follow up on action points
Assist with special projects, research, and preparation of presentations or reports
Handle occasional personal administrative tasks to allow the MD to focus on professional priorities (if applicable)
2–3 years of experience as a PA or EA at the Executive/Director level
Proven ability to manage complex schedules
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and project management tools
Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
Highly organized, tech-savvy, and resilient under pressure
