Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all production activities during the assigned shift
Allocate manpower and monitor operator performance
Track production output and implement corrective actions as needed
Enforce safety, quality, and housekeeping standards on the shop floor
Coordinate with logistics, maintenance, and QA teams
Reduce downtime and material wastage through lean practices
Maintain accurate shift reports and handover summaries
Train and guide operators on SOPs and quality requirements
Required Qualifications
HND / B.Sc in Engineering or related technical field
2–3 years experience in manufacturing shift leadership or supervision
Strong knowledge of shop floor operations, lean manufacturing, and TPM methodologies
Excellent team coordination, discipline enforcement, and problem-solving skills
Results-driven with strong attention to safety and output targets
