Product Operations Associate

Zhuli Recruiters, a recruitment firm dedicated to supporting start-ups, is seeking a Product Operations Associate to ensure smooth operation of digital tools, data systems, and internal processes. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical and business teams by using data-driven insights to identify inefficiencies, automate workflows, and enhance operational effectiveness.

• Monitor internal systems and tools to detect issues or bugs and coordinate prompt resolutions.
• Review, clean, and validate data to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Automate recurring tasks using workflow tools like Zapier, Google Scripts, or similar platforms.
• Support testing, implementation, and rollout of new product features or process changes.
• Develop reports, process documentation, and maps to improve decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational needs and provide technical support.

• 2–5 years of experience in product operations, business analysis, or data-focused roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data validation) and intermediate-level SQL.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
