Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, and distribution operations
Manage inventory levels and warehouse organization
Plan delivery routes and monitor shipments
Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate logistics staff
Foster a safe and efficient working environment
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer service
Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues and negotiate rates
Collaborate with internal departments (sales, production) for seamless operations
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Maintain accurate records and prepare performance reports
Required Qualifications
HND / B.Sc Degree in a relevant field
3 – 5 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
