Assist the Chinese HR Manager in completing departmental tasks
Track and implement daily HR operations and activities
Handle local recruitment and onboarding of new staff
Manage attendance, salary input/calculation, and other employee benefits
Coordinate HR processes and ensure compliance with company policies
Collaborate with team members to maintain effective communication and workflow
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or related fields
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
Computer literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
