Job Summary

The firm seeks a Customer Service Executive to handle customer enquiries, feedback, and support processes to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and online chats.
  • Create awareness of available products and services.
  • Attend to feedback and complaints; redirect to appropriate teams or take steps to resolve issues.
  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and take messages.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Oversee logistics to ensure dispatched orders are delivered.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
  • Develop feedback surveys and propose ways to appreciate loyal clients.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of customer service processes and ensure customer satisfaction.


Required Qualifications


  • Minimum of B.Sc degree or HND with at least 6 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with commercial phone systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong ability to multi-task.
  • Mature, smart, and detail-oriented.
  • Very fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Aged between 30 and 36 years.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, time management, and record management skills.
  • Must live around the Ojoo/Moniya axis.
  • Ability to speak at least two major Nigerian languages (Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa).
