Job Summary

The Marketing Associate will support and coordinate marketing, advertising, and promotional activities to strengthen Fluence’s presence in the global energy sector.

Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and support marketing, advertising, and promotional initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
  • Analyze customer insights and market data to guide marketing decisions.
  • Assist in planning and managing marketing budgets.
  • Support website management and digital advertising activities.
  • Collaborate with global teams to maintain brand consistency across campaigns.



Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience or strong internship background in marketing, preferably in energy or technology sectors.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
