Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain staff attendance, punctuality, and performance records, ensuring weekly updates to management.
- Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and documentation processes.
- Ensure staff welfare, discipline, and adherence to company rules and dress codes.
- Conduct quarterly performance appraisals and bi-monthly staff meetings.
- Manage communication with customers, government agencies, and inter-branch operations.
- Supervise logistics operations including vehicle maintenance, fueling, documentation, and driver performance.
- Oversee procurement and ensure integrity in all purchases and record-keeping.
- Maintain proper functioning of office and communication equipment.
- Supervise office premises, visitor handling, and security operations, including monitoring guards and facility registers.
- Handle legal, council, and community relations as assigned by the Managing Director (MD).
- Coordinate with consultants for job vacancy announcements and manage related invoicing.
- Submit daily activity reports and ensure marketing trip coordination for sales representatives.
- Take responsibility for all Key Result Areas (KRAs) and assigned administrative duties.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in administrative and logistics management.
- Male and married, aged between 35–48 years.
- Must be rugged, proactive, and capable of working without supervision.
- Strong management, supervisory, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Must reside around Ojoo/Moniya axis or be willing to relocate.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, CorelDraw, and other relevant software.
- Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
