Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
Oversee recruitment and selection processes to secure top talent
Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment
Support business needs through staff development, motivation, and retention strategies
Develop and monitor HR systems, policies, and procedures
Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance
Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices
Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills
Maintain HR records and generate reports as required
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–4 years of HR experience
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to lead HR projects and initiatives
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, etc.) is an added advantage
