Order Fulfillment Staff / Sales Person

Tomipackaging is seeking a motivated Order Fulfillment Staff / Sales Person to handle customer orders and support sales operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in order fulfillment or sales and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability Assist in sales activities, including customer inquiries and follow-ups Maintain records of sales and order fulfillment Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of issues

Minimum of 1 year experience in order fulfillment or sales Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work Monday–Friday (9am–5pm) and Saturday (9am–12pm)
