Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and executive support
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Handle professional correspondence, emails, and documentation
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
Coordinate internal and external communications with clients and stakeholders
Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential information
Support project coordination and follow-ups as required
Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Proven experience supporting senior executives
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools
High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment
