Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Provide clear and accurate information about the company’s products and services
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback
Follow up with customers to confirm that their concerns have been resolved satisfactorily
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department
Support daily customer service activities and operational tasks
Required Qualifications
Minimum of OND or a higher qualification
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional while handling customers
Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is an advantage
Proximity to Ikeja, Lagos will be considered an added advantage
