Job Summary

Kabsa Facility Managers Limited, a skills ecosystem hub offering a range of facility management services including janitorial, handyman, property management, and real estate marketing, is seeking an experienced Programmes Manager to lead its Upskilling Centre project. The role involves managing programme design, implementation, stakeholder coordination, and monitoring to ensure impactful delivery across creative and tech-based training streams.

Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Upskilling Centre and ensure smooth programme execution from start to finish.
  • Develop and refine programme frameworks, calendars, and operational workflows aligned with project goals.
  • Coordinate curriculum design and delivery across various sectors, ensuring relevance to current industry trends.
  • Liaise with mentors, training providers, and institutional partners to ensure quality programme outcomes.
  • Manage partnerships, donor engagement, sponsorship development, and grant reporting to ensure programme sustainability.
  • Oversee participant selection, onboarding, monitoring, and retention while promoting diversity and inclusion.
  • Coordinate mentorship, business clinics, and industry attachments to enhance participant growth and employability.
  • Establish KPIs and implement monitoring tools to assess programme success and impact.
  • Support communications through storytelling, documentation, and visibility initiatives.
  • Lead reporting, impact evaluation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.



Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies, Education, Business, or a related field; a postgraduate degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing development, creative, or vocational training programmes.
  • Proven success in programme design, management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong understanding of Nigeria’s creative and tech ecosystem.
  • Experience in securing funding or engaging with public/private sector donors.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in M&E tools, project planning, and adult learning principles.
  • Must be proactive, innovative, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in diverse, multicultural settings.
