Welcome and greet customers warmly upon arrival

Present menus to guests and explain menu items when necessary

Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff

Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally

Ensure tables are properly arranged, clean, and ready for service

Check on guests during meals to confirm satisfaction with food and service

Respond politely to customer requests, complaints, or special instructions

Clear and reset tables to prepare for incoming guests

Assist with billing and payment processing when required

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the dining area

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly and professional demeanor

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
