In-Process Inspector / Line Supervisor

A reputable pharmaceutical organization is seeking In-Process Inspectors / Line Supervisors to oversee production lines, ensure quality standards, and supervise junior staff. The ideal candidates will have experience in pharmaceutical, food, or beverage manufacturing and strong leadership skills to meet production targets.

Supervise production lines and ensure targets are met efficiently

Monitor in-process operations to maintain quality and compliance with standard procedures

Manage and coordinate 20–30 junior staff to achieve production goals

Identify and resolve operational issues on the production line

Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in all manufacturing activities

B.Sc. Degree in Chemistry

2–3 years of experience as an In-Process Officer in pharmaceutical, food, or beverage production

Ability to supervise and motivate a team of 20–30 staff

Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
