Job Summary

Lodge & Loft is seeking a proactive Customer Support Representative to assist customers, respond to inquiries, and ensure a smooth client experience while representing the brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities



Respond to customer inquiries through appropriate communication channels


Provide accurate information about company services and offerings


Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary


Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback

Required Qualifications
