Key Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance for computers, printers, internet connectivity, and other IT infrastructure within the organization
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems
Diagnose and resolve IT-related issues reported by staff promptly
Manage company email systems, user accounts, and basic access permissions
Maintain and update the company website and other digital platforms when required
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X
Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement
Design basic graphics, videos, and promotional materials for marketing campaigns
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments or messages, and handle online interactions professionally
Analyze social media performance and prepare periodic reports on engagement and reach
Support digital marketing campaigns including promotions and online advertisements
Promote data protection, cybersecurity awareness, and safe IT practices within the company
Assist with technical setup for meetings, presentations, and company events
Stay informed about emerging technology tools and current social media trends relevant to the business
