Coordinate day-to-day office and administrative activities
Manage shipment documentation and maintain accurate operational records
Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic
Facilitate communication between logistics, warehouse, and management teams
Handle correspondence, emails, and telephone inquiries
Prepare routine operational reports and summaries
Schedule meetings and manage office calendars
Ensure adherence to company policies and logistics procedures
Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Required Qualifications
B.Sc. or HND in Administration or a related field
1–2 years relevant experience in logistics or administrative support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
