Job Summary

Soccabet is seeking a Customer Care Representative to provide professional support to customers, maintain positive client relationships, and ensure efficient handling of inquiries while working collaboratively with the team.


Key Responsibilities


Respond to customer inquiries and provide helpful information about the company’s services.


Maintain a courteous and professional attitude when interacting with customers.


Assist customers in resolving issues and ensure a positive service experience.


Work with team members to support smooth customer service operations.


Handle multiple customer requests efficiently while maintaining accuracy.



Required Qualifications


Minimum of HND or an equivalent qualification.


Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Friendly attitude with a courteous and tactful approach to customer service.


Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team.


Basic computer certification is an added advantage.
