Job Summary

Vital Relief Wellness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer communication, follow up on orders, and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Call customers to follow up on pending or unconfirmed orders to help reduce cancellations.


Check in with customers after delivery to confirm satisfaction with products or services.


Collect customer feedback and address complaints in a polite and professional manner.


Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Encourage repeat purchases and build long-term customer loyalty.



Required Qualifications


Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, telesales, or a call center role is preferred.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Confidence in using phone calls, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.


Strong customer service mindset with good organizational skills.
