Follow up on potential leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
Prepare and issue quotations as well as invoices for clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Monitor customer orders and coordinate with production teams or vendors.
Keep organized and accurate sales and customer records.
Required Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and record-keeping ability.
Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions effectively.
