Fabwellnes Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee stock management and ensure accurate tracking of products across the company’s office and delivery agent network nationwide. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating restocking, and supporting efficient supply chain operations in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory records with delivery agents across different locations
Record daily deliveries, shipments, and stock transfers to maintain accurate inventory records
Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability at all times
Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of all inventory items
Track stock movement, usage, and replenishment across departments and delivery channels
Implement inventory control systems to minimize stock losses and discrepancies
Perform routine stock audits and reconcile inventory across all locations
Investigate and resolve inventory shortages, variances, or overstock issues
Coordinate with procurement teams and suppliers to ensure timely restocking
Analyze inventory data to forecast demand and plan future stock requirements
Prepare inventory reports and provide regular updates to management
Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory management procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related role
Experience in eCommerce, logistics, or retail environments is an advantage
Experience working with delivery agents or last-mile logistics partners is preferred
Proficiency in inventory management systems such as Zoho Inventory, TradeGecko, Odoo, or similar platforms
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for inventory tracking and reporting
Ability to analyze inventory data and prepare detailed reports
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce is an added advantage
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
High level of accuracy, integrity, and accountability
Willingness to travel within Nigeria when required
