Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings
Handle incoming and outgoing mail or deliveries
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area
Provide basic administrative support including filing, photocopying, and data entry
Assist with coordinating office activities as needed
Required Qualifications
HND / B.Sc / B.A / B.Ed
1–3 years of proven experience in a similar role
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
