Job Summary

Darum is seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager to drive the promotion and sale of its logistics product to enterprise and mid-market clients across sectors such as FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Retail, and Distribution. The role requires strong sales acumen, relationship management, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle effectively.

Key Responsibilities


Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and client onboarding targets


Identify and engage decision-makers through cold visits, referrals, and follow-ups


Conduct product demonstrations and clearly communicate value propositions to clients


Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients


Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to successful client onboarding


Maintain accurate records of prospects, meetings, and conversions using approved tracking tools


Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience and product delivery



Required Qualifications


Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) from a recognized institution


1–3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the logistics or related industry preferred


Basic IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Email)


Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills


Strong relationship management and client engagement abilities


Quick learner with the ability to apply product knowledge effectively in sales scenarios
