Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and assist with budget monitoring.
- Support audit processes and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Handle administrative functions including documentation and logistics.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and oversee general office operations.
- Collaborate with management on process improvements and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- AAT or ACA certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in an audit firm or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
