Human Resources Process Specialist

Prime University, Abuja, a newly established private institution focused on innovation and academic excellence, is seeking a Human Resources Process Specialist to enhance its HR operations. The ideal candidate will develop, streamline, and optimize HR processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and effective people management across the institution.

Job Description:

• Review and design HR processes to enhance operational performance.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR activities.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend effective solutions.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s Degree or certification (CIPM, SHRM, etc.) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR operations or process improvement.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
