Job Summary

Excel and Grace Consulting is a dynamic business consulting firm providing strategic solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises across Nigeria and internationally. With over 18 years of professional experience and certification from the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (CMC-Global), the company is seeking an Administrative Officer to ensure efficient office operations and support smooth coordination across departments.


The Administrative Officer will coordinate and manage daily office activities to maintain efficiency and organization within the workplace. The role involves overseeing administrative processes, maintaining records, supporting staff operations, and ensuring effective communication within the organization.


Key Responsibilities







Oversee daily administrative activities within the office


Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical documents


Manage incoming and outgoing communications including emails, phone calls, and mail


Prepare reports, letters, memos, and other official documents


Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate events


Monitor office supplies and arrange for timely replenishment


Ensure the office environment complies with health, safety, and company policies


Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications


Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field is preferred


Proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Office Administrator, or in a similar role


Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook


Strong organizational and time management skills


Excellent written and verbal communication abilities


Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills


Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
