Job Summary

The company is seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager / Real Estate Marketer to join its team in Lekki, Lagos. This role is suited for a professional with strong marketing and relationship management skills, particularly someone with a banking background who can leverage an existing client network to drive property sales and strategic partnerships.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans for residential, commercial, and short-let properties


Utilize existing relationships from the banking sector to identify and convert new real estate opportunities


Source and manage potential clients including investors, property owners, and corporate organizations


Promote property listings through client meetings, property inspections, digital campaigns, and direct engagement


Negotiate property deals and successfully close high-value transactions


Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients


Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and high client satisfaction


Prepare regular sales performance and activity reports


Monitor trends, pricing, and competitor activities within the Lagos real estate market



Required Qualifications


3–5 years of experience in bank marketing, relationship management, or business development


Previous banking experience (Commercial, Retail, or Corporate Banking) is preferred


Existing network of clients that can potentially be converted into real estate leads


Experience in real estate sales or marketing is an added advantage


Good knowledge of the Lagos real estate market, especially Lekki, Ajah, and Victoria Island


Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills


Valid driver’s license with good driving ability (mandatory)


Ability to work independently and achieve set sales targets


Professional presentation with strong ethical standards
