Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and proposal preparation to negotiation and final deal closure
Convert qualified leads from the business development team into profitable sales opportunities
Prepare and deliver detailed client presentations, proposals, and quotations
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms in line with company policies
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business
Serve as the main contact point for key clients, ensuring consistent communication and support
Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to understand business needs and expectations
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Monitor sales performance, maintain pipeline records, and prepare periodic reports
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services within existing accounts
Collaborate with internal teams such as design, operations, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Provide market insights and client feedback to support strategic decision-making and service improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
4–6 years of proven experience in sales, key account management, or client-facing roles
Experience within industries such as interior design, architecture, real estate, or luxury products is an advantage
Demonstrated track record of successfully closing high-value sales deals
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage sales pipelines and deliver accurate performance reports
Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills
