Site Engineer

Clairvoy Consulting Limited, on behalf of its client in the real estate sector, seeks experienced and technically competent Site Engineers to oversee on-site construction activities. The role involves translating architectural designs into completed structures while ensuring high-quality standards, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines.

• Execute and interpret architectural and structural drawings on-site.
• Ensure accuracy in levels, alignment, and dimensions during construction.
• Supervise contractors and site teams to maintain quality and compliance.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to safety and building codes.
• Resolve technical issues and escalate major design conflicts when necessary.
• Lead and mentor on-site engineers and technical staff.
• Coordinate with project management, operations, and procurement teams.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports.
• Track work progress and highlight potential project delays.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant site experience in real estate or construction.
• Strong technical knowledge of structural and architectural drawings.
• Proven ability to lead and manage on-site teams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Sound understanding of building codes, safety standards, and quality assurance.
