Job Summary

The company specializes in e-governance platforms, secure technologies, infrastructure, and hospitality systems. Contec Global is looking to hire a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee recruitment activities, attract top talent, and support the organization’s workforce growth.


Key Responsibilities


Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management


Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies


Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, referrals, and direct outreach


Conduct interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment


Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases


Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs


Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process


Coordinate background checks, reference verification, and onboarding documentation


Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and hiring quality


Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns


Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations





Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline


3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles


Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills


Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software


Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities


Strong organizational and time management skills


Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment
