Human Resources Manager

Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Maitama, Abuja, the company has established a strong reputation for developing high-quality residential and commercial properties that combine modern design with accessibility. The company is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations and support workforce development across its operations.

Manage the full recruitment cycle including candidate sourcing, interviews, hiring, and onboarding

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals

Maintain employee records, coordinate payroll processes, and ensure proper documentation for compliance

Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and staff welfare

Lead performance management initiatives and support employee training and development programs

Provide strategic HR support to management to aid organizational growth

Oversee administrative and facility-related responsibilities where necessary

3–7 years of professional experience in Human Resources or related roles

Strong understanding of HR operations, policies, and regulatory compliance

Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations

Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information

Knowledge of facility management is an added advantage
