Job Summary

Sow Real Estate, a leading Nigerian real estate development firm known for delivering both luxury and affordable housing solutions, is seeking a competent Administrative Manager. The successful candidate will coordinate administrative activities, maintain efficient office operations, and provide organizational support to ensure smooth business processes within the company.


Key Responsibilities


Supervise daily administrative activities within the office.


Oversee facility maintenance, office utilities, supplies, and vendor engagements.


Manage and guide administrative personnel to maintain high service standards.


Monitor petty cash usage and maintain accurate expense records.


Organize logistics for meetings, training sessions, and corporate events.


Maintain well-structured documentation and filing systems (both digital and physical).


Assist management with operational updates and reports.


Implement and improve administrative policies and operational procedures.


Facilitate effective coordination between departments such as HR, Sales, and Finance.


Performance Expectations:


Continuous availability of essential office supplies and utilities.


Efficient vendor coordination and payment processing.


Prevention of major operational disruptions caused by administrative issues.


Accurate monthly petty cash reconciliation.


Prompt resolution of facility-related concerns within 24–48 hours.




Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.


Minimum of 4–6 years experience in an administrative leadership role (experience in the real estate sector is an advantage).


Strong organizational and coordination abilities.


Experience managing administrative staff.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.


Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.


High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
