The successful candidate will work with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), providing expert investment guidance while driving sales of premium real estate properties in prime locations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and premium investors.

Identify, engage, and close high-value real estate transactions.

Drive sales of luxury properties with deal values starting from ₦50 million and above.

Promote and market high-end real estate developments in prime locations.

Provide tailored property investment advice to affluent clients.

Conduct detailed research and analysis of luxury real estate market trends.

Prepare and present compelling investment proposals with clear value propositions.

Deliver a high-end client experience that aligns with the company’s premium service standards.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related discipline.

Proven experience in luxury property sales, investment advisory, or real estate consultancy.

Access to or experience working with high-net-worth clients is a strong advantage.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Professional and confident personality suitable for interacting with elite clientele.

Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, especially within the luxury market.

Monthly gross salary ranging from ₦400,000 – ₦500,000 depending on experience.

5% commission on completed property sales.
