Job Summary

Cobranet Limited is seeking a proactive Service Delivery Officer to oversee service operations and support field sales teams. The role focuses on coordinating service delivery activities, managing schedules, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining efficient communication between internal teams and customers.


Key Responsibilities


Coordinate and supervise the activities of the service delivery team to ensure efficient operations.


Organize schedules, maintain records, and communicate relevant updates to both internal teams and clients.


Ensure necessary tools, materials, and equipment required for service delivery are available.


Address and resolve complaints from the sales team to prevent operational delays.


Maintain and organize financial and operational data electronically and prepare periodic reports.


Prepare and submit daily service delivery reports.


Monitor customer accounts to prevent unnecessary disconnections where applicable.


Oversee order processing to ensure accuracy and timely completion.


Track team progress and ensure any unexpected delays are promptly communicated to both sales staff and clients.


Evaluate team performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.


Produce daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for the service delivery unit.



Required Qualifications

Minimum of B.Sc or HND in Computer Science or a related discipline.


Relevant experience working as a project administrator within the IT or telecommunications sector.


Basic technical knowledge or hands-on exposure to internet service delivery operations.


Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and multitasking capability.


Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.


Previous experience in roles such as sales coordinator or service delivery coordinator is an added advantage.


Strong written and spoken English communication skills.


Problem-solving ability with a high sense of responsibility and organization.


Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


Ability to manage or supervise large-scale installation projects when required.
