Lead new product development, revamps, and market-driven initiatives
Monitor regulatory changes and ensure product compliance
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Develop and implement research strategies aligned with business goals
Prepare reports on market trends and product performance
Coordinate product training sessions across teams
Coach and mentor team members to strengthen internal capability
Required Qualifications
B.Sc./HND required; advanced degree in Business is a plus
Minimum 8 years’ experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Professional insurance qualification is an advantage
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
Entrepreneurial mindset, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
