Key Responsibilities
Conduct property valuations, feasibility studies, and market research
Oversee property acquisition, sales, and leasing transactions
Prepare and present property reports, proposals, and appraisals
Manage property portfolios to ensure occupancy and profitability
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and upgrades for properties
Negotiate and administer contracts with tenants, contractors, and service providers
Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback
Lead training sessions to enhance team capabilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Address client inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Required Qualifications
HND or Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Surveying, or related field
2–10 years of experience in real estate
Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
In-depth knowledge of Lagos and surrounding areas
