Job Summary

The General Manager will provide strategic leadership, oversee daily operations, and drive business growth while ensuring compliance and fostering a culture of innovation and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities



Lead and manage overall company operations


Drive business growth and achieve revenue targets


Supervise departmental heads and ensure accountability


Foster a culture of professionalism, innovation, and continuous improvement


Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards


Represent the organization in external engagements and partnerships



Required Qualifications


Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)


4–5 years of experience in a senior management role


Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills


Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities


Proven track record of achieving operational efficiency and business growth
