Chief Financial Officer

Mshel Homes Limited is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to oversee financial management and strategic planning across its group of companies, including Mshel Homes, Mshel Construction, Mshel Print, Mshel Information Technology, Mshel Blocks and Machinery, and Lisa Suites. The role requires a results-driven leader capable of guiding financial direction, ensuring compliance, and driving growth across multiple industries.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across all subsidiaries.
• Analyze financial data, monitor performance, and present insights to management.
• Manage group-wide cash flow, investments, and risk management.
• Oversee financial reporting, including preparation of statements and regulatory filings.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Recommend and implement financial technologies to improve efficiency.
• Provide strategic financial advice to CEOs and the board to support long-term goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team across all business units.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• CPA, CFA, or ICAN certification preferred.
• Proven experience as CFO or senior finance executive in a multi-sector organization.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, compliance, and investment management.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in capital raising and financial restructuring is an advantage.
