Required Qualifications
Evidence of firm’s business name or CAC Certificate of Incorporation (including CAC2 & CAC7)
Company’s Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years
Firm’s profile with CVs of relevant professionals and copies of academic/professional certificates (e.g., ICAN)
Verifiable evidence of similar audits successfully completed
Registration with relevant regulatory professional body (e.g., ICAN)
Experience auditing not-for-profit organizations is required
